Area of expertise - BRE & BPM:

In the past couple of years Kyyba has provided various services in the BRM (Business Rules Management), BPM (Business Process Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) space. We have in-house team with expertise in architecting, implementing and supporting projects (both onsite and offsite) using Business Rules Engines such as JBoss DRools, ILog and Blaze. Our experience with Business Rules Engines extends from technical implementation to Business Rules writing and modeling using Term & Fact Models. In the space of BRE and BPM we have learned that rules and process engines don't work in isolation and are part of the SDLC. This requires a unique approach that we have developed over the years that allows separation of concerns which business rules bring into the equation and the integration of the same business rules into software design & development life cycle. We think in terms of Decisions and Process instead of low-level rules which helps us paint the big picture first and makes the low level implementation easier for all involved.
